When can I expect my order to arrive?

Once we receive your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) for it to be processed. Delivery usually takes 6-12 business days (Monday to Friday).


The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In rare cases, the delivery of your package may be delayed. If your order does not arrive within 6-12 business days, please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday - Friday) for possible delays. If your order has not arrived after this period, please contact us at support@nolia-arin.com


How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for all orders.


What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we're here to help! Take a photo of the problem and send it to us by email at support@nolia-arin.com We will take care of resolving the issue and send you either the correct item or a replacement.
We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.


What happens if I bought the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or I no longer want it?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, you have the option to return the goods within 30 days of the delivery date. To start the return process, please contact us at support@nolia-arin.com
